Sign in with your Steam logins, and select ADD A GAME as shown in the picture below.
You will get 3 options, from which you need to select the Activate a Product on Steam option.

After the Product Activation window pops up, select Next.

Select the I Agree option since Steam Subscriber Agreement needs to be agreed upon in order to continue. 

Copy the Game Key and paste it in the Product Code field, then click Next.

Inicia sesión en tu cuenta de Steam y selecciona AÑADIR UN JUEGO como se muestra en la imagen.
Aparecerán 3 opciones, selecciona Activar un producto en Steam.

En la ventana de activación de producto, haz clic en Siguiente.

Acepta el Acuerdo de suscriptor de Steam seleccionando la opción Acepto.

Copia la clave del juego y pégala en el campo Código del producto, luego haz clic en Siguiente.
